Blue Star Air Conditioning is an authorized service agent for all brands that we supply. If you are having issues with your Air Conditioning unit that you have purchased from us, give us a call. We will schedule a time to send our technicians out to take a look at your Air Conditioner and determine the best course of action.

Customer self-maintenance tips:

To have the Air Conditioner operate correctly, efficiently and quietly, you must:

Clean the filter: It does not matter if your Air Conditioner is big or small. You must always clean the filter at least once a month.

Do not cover the outdoor unit or block the fan of the outdoor unit: The outdoor unit should have good ventilation; it is designed to be in the open. You can clean it with a garden hose if it is dirty.

Make sure to operate the system utilising the correct function: The Air Conditioning system is doing only what you tell it to do. It will not give you warm air if it is operating on the cooling function and vice-versa. Set it on the heating function when you want warm air (generally a sun symbol) and on the cooling function when you want cold air (generally a snowflake symbol).
